Hey folks, thought I would share my import scenario for Service Management Equipment. I first check all the boxes to import the record itself (up to the the Equipment Type line) making sure that Save is checked:
Here is the screenshot (I haven’t tried adding the warranty stuff yet, so expect an update here when I successfully import warranties.)
I have attached the scenario and the datasheet I use. If using auto-numbering, when filling in the datasheet, make sure that there is a number in the Equipment Nbr. Field. The system will search for that number and if it does not exist it will create a number for it via auto-numbering.
